Tech-Optics Inc Return Policy
Please contact us if you have an issue with your order or items. We do accept returns given satisfactory evidence that the printer or copier failure was due to a defect in the Tech-Optics cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field service representative. Return of the defective cartridge is required. Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non- Tech-Optics personnel will void this warranty. Tech-Optics' liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.NOTE: Depending on fault, returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
